MANILA, Philippines – Wrong move, Manny Pacquiao.
This was the gripping statement issued by WBO welterweight champion Miguel Cotto, who puts his title on the line against the Filipino spitfire this Sunday at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In a display of confidence, the Puerto Rican boasted that Pacquiao made a mistake in fighting him.
According to a report by espnstar.com Cotto vowed to foil Pacquiao’s bid to clinch a record seventh world title in as many weight classes, hinting that the Filipino ring icon has bitten off more than he can chew.
"If he thinks he is going to win seven titles in seven weight divisions now, he has picked the wrong moment, the wrong fighter and the wrong opponent," the Puerto Rican bomber said.
"If he thinks he is going to win the seventh title against Miguel Cotto, he is very wrong," he added.
Cotto and Pacquiao will duke it out at a catchweight of 145 lbs.

ReplyDeletethis is a very very very big mistake for pac. pac should remember that he beat just little boxers. clottey would koed pac, mosley would beat pac. if you can beat mosley, clottey, nothing is impossible for these champions are much better and stronger than pac. pac will need medical attention after this fight. this is too dangerous for the mustachu. hasta la vista
