Pacquiao vs Cotto 24/7 - Episode 1

  1. the "Fire Power" showdown between Pacquiao and Cotto will be one of the biggest and greatest fihgt in the history of all time. Everyone knew that Cotto have the power but let us take into consideration the overwhelming talent of Pacquiao. In his last five fights, we had witnessed the improvement of P4P king. He became faster, he had a great foot work, throwing a lot of combinations, he is much stronger than before, and most of all, he became a complete boxer... And so, I predict that Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao will knock Miguel "Anghel" Cotto on the 10th Round of the fight or a Unanimous Descision in favor of the Filipino Ring Icon.,

  3. If it goes to the cards I think Pac Man will take it hands down, but Pac has not faced someone as strong and as powerful as Cotto. Cotto did very well against Mosley, and Judah the both of them being fast punchers. So can everyone stop saying Pac is to fast. Miguel is not slow. With that said for cotto to win he has to knock down or hurt pacquiao.

  4. Everyone underestimates each other. If you give a prediction, just give it without putting the other one down. Especially these two because Pacquiao and Cotto is the best in the weight division or even in the sport of boxing. Mayweather is ranked 2nd P4P but he isn't as good as Cotto. I give this fight a 50-50 chance win for both of them. Pacquiao got the speed as his advantage, and Cotto got power as his advantage. This fight is going to be exciting. Im a pacquiao fan, and i want him to win but if he doesnt then im still gonna be his fan. May god be with him on November 14th, 2009 when he steps into the ring.

  5. I am truly worried. I am Filipino as well, but i think Pacquiao made a gigantic mistake training in the Philippines. Too much distractions. it's very disappointing to see him train so poorly and not take this seriously. He should know better.

but i do hope he wins!

  8. No doubt, very important fight, for Cotto more than Pacquiao, because it's Cotto's weight and he is the one with something to prove. I think that Manny have never met an oponent like Miguel, he is a hard hitting, methodic, paitence and inteligent boxer with a chip in his shoulder. Most people including many Puertoricans say Manny should win, but I think Manny will have his hands full that night and Cotto will be looking for that mistake that will prove his worth.

  9. No hands down i think both boxers are skilled but i must say that cotto is going to knock the pac-man out. I highly doubt that pacquiao can withstand the constant body shots that cotto is going to dish out. People like are saying that speed is going to be an issue for miguel cotto but they have to remember he fought one of the fastest hands which is mosely. I know for a fact cotto is going to win.

  10. There's no room for mistakes on this one for Manny or else. Fast hands with power in it will do it for him. I have faith in Manny's focus and determination. 9 or 10th round it will be over.I'm not a pac-man fan but i think that's how it will be.

  11. I am a fan of the sport as a whole. I love manny he is a very skilled and trained fighter. Cotto is a great fighter as well. Now putting this fight in to context I would have to say that Cotto wants to prove that his only loss was a fluke. He needs to prove to himself that his oponent indeed had loaded gloves. So Miguel Cotto is very hungry, and if you are a true fan of boxing then you know that the man that wants it the most will always win. That being said, I will have to give this fight to Cotto by unanimous decision.

So why by unanimous decision? Because manny is not a fighter that you can knockout that easy, he comes prepared to go the distance and so will Cotto. I wish them both lots of luck and may the best man win.

  12. I think Pacman will be KOd in R6, matigas na ulo nya at nagiging hambog na. Good training is the key to victory, Cotto on the other hand had been silent but concentrating at his training camp. Sorry guys, thats the reality maraming bad influence sa paligid ni "Pakwan".

  13. Fearless prediction; Pacquiao will be KOd in R3. Moral lesson; take your training seriously at dapat marunong kang lumingon sa iyong pinanggalingan. Respect, respect, respect for coach Freddie Roach!

  14. to pacman take your training seriously, & and give a respect to your trainor freddie roach you cannot get wat youve get now without the help of you coach freddie. Plz give some little respect to him.

  16. If Paquiao wins, that's GOD'S willing, you've seen and felt around you Manny the message is to go back and help no matter what. There's a lot of work to do,i know you ignore this to avoid distruction may GOD BLESS you and come home a champ for more work to get done.

  17. for all cotto's fan - sorry he will be knocked down on 4th round. Of course pacman will win and still number one P4P....

  18. I'd been watching boxing since i was six and now that i'm 73, i knew the sport pretty well... And for everybody's information, manny pacquiao is one hell of a warrior... A filipino warrior to qualify it! he is a force of nature and i know he'll win it via KO... Pacman at 4-7 rds!

  19. FUCK YOU MIGUEL COTTO!

  20. Pacman will win, He came from a poor family and he will do everything to win coz he don't want to go back from a previous lifestyle. He has a good nutrition now.He got a power and skills plus a good training coach Freddie just show a respect manny...banat bay from Detroit,Michigan.....

  21. Pacquiao has this motivation of getting his 7th World Title. Pacman will belong to all time great warriors of boxing. If Pacman will not KO Cotto, I'm sure he will be winning by Unanimous Decision.

  22. NO BAD WORDS PlEASE!

  23. ur are all wrong the fight is not going to happen...Y?? overweight

  24. Everyone is saying that cotto has some chip on his shoulder...But pacman has a complex shot that few boxers ever dream about--immortality. His battlecry has shifted to a more complex plan because of our country's recent calamities...Manny has speed in all aspects. hands,head,footwork,gameplan...Manny by KO in the 8th!

  25. Cotto is obviously slow compared to manny pacquiao. But I think Pacquiao will have a very hard time knocking out Miguel Cotto. As you can see in the past fights of Pacman, he knocked them all out, even the great Oscar dela Hoya. So there is no doubt that Pacquiao will win by K.O. He's foot speed, hand speed, combinations, power in both hands and the mind of a true boxer. Pacquiao has become one of the most polished boxers in the history of the sport.

  26. This fight will be great... probably even better (if ever) to a Pacquiao-Mayweather fight... a must see... But for me Manny by KO...

    ReplyDelete
  27. Definitely this will be a knock out fight! Cotto wont stand a chance. Let's just hope the fight wont end soon just like what happened with Pacquiao-Hatton fight. It's a waste of money for the audience due it only lasted for 2 rounds. I'm happy for PACMAN's victory but not with what I paid for. Goodluck Money Pack!

  28. Training in philippines is not a good idea, lots of distraction distraction distraction manny pacquia is not in focus. Hopefully will come home champion

    ReplyDelete
  29. hey! what are you people saying! Do you know a thing about these two? Manny has evolved into a complete fighter now. I've seen Cotto's fights, he has not fought a real tough one. Looking at Manny's speed, footwork and punching power, I have no doubt that he will win by KO in the early rounds (if not in the 1st round). Cotto will not be able to keep up with Manny's pace. I believe in Roach's prediction of an early KO.

  30. I'm still for Manny..not because he's better but because I'm a Filipino just like him. I only know Manny from what I see on TV but I know that he will win if he would remain humble and focus on what really brought him this far. As for me, I know that he will win because I shall be praying for him. I hope every Filipino will do the same..his greatness will be our honor too..so please do pray and let us all win for God's sake!!!

  31. i think manny can do this one more time. He showed it already for past five fights much greater than miguel cotto..so i do belive manny could win this fight..with God's guidance

    ReplyDelete
  32. who believes manny is going to win?? its a question cause all of you are slut bitch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  33. It will be a great fight. Both will take some punishment. Cotto's counter-punching will undoubtedly cause Pacquiao problems but would have to go with the consensus Pacquiao to win by TKO in later rounds.

The problem with facing Pacquiao if you are fighting against him is that he will keep coming at you with speed, power and aggression for 12 rounds and he is also very tough and can take as good he gives! he is the ultimate nightmare opponent.

  34. it will be pacman who will knock cotto out.bastads

  35. cotto is a great fighter as well as pacman but it takes alot of thought bec. pacman is a wise person on the ring and he dont want to lose this game and being a filipino we knw our aggresiveness and wellness in every way.
